Integration Overview
Once integrated, the article-level summary page within InfoDesk will be enhanced with LibKey signposted one-click availability whenever appropriate via the “Download Now” link as well as the ability to see the article in context within BrowZine using the “Browse Now” link.
These options appear above your existing Link Resolver button, providing clients with a more direct one-click resolution to get immediately to full text whenever available as shown below using an example of a record that has been obtained from the Dialog service for a client via InfoDesk.

Implementation is performed by the InfoDesk team on your behalf. Please contact your InfoDesk Representative to express interest in integrating LibKey into your InfoDesk workflow.
You will need to provide a LibKey API Key and Library ID for use in InfoDesk. Please contact Third Iron Support to request these details for your account.
